The Club Fete is this Saturday, the 13th of June. The event is from 2pm to 4pm. All relevent donations ahead of the event would be hugely appreciated, and obviously the committee all hopes you will be able to come along on the day and encourage as many others to join in as possible.
The stalls hoping for donations are as follows:
Toys (Linda Donnelly overseeing)
Cake and Candy (Marilyn Mirner overseeing)
2nd Hand Sports Equipment (Andrew Munro overseeing)
Books/cds/dvds/computer games stall (Davey Morrison overseeing)
Bric-a-brac (Mary Fisher overseeing)
Plants (Pam Clark overseeing)
Bottles (Donny and Carole Hannah overseeing)
Bubbly (Lyz Howie overseeing)
Tombola (Janis Watt overseeing)
Any suitable donations to be awarded as prizes. Please bring any donations to the clubhouse on either Thursday or Friday, between 7pm and 9.30pm - there will be members at the club to receive items and organise. If any would also like to consider a financial donation, this would be wonderful and help the club towards the goal of a replacement flood-lighting system.
Any volunteers who wish to support the fete should be at the clubhouse between 9 and 10 am on Saturday 13 June as much work will need to be done to set up all the stalls. |
